Trade Master Consulting is a Budapest-based company that provides business development, strategic planning, marketing and advertising, and project management services.

Our main objective is to help our clients grow their business and provide them with sustainable growth in the Hungarian market. We work closely with our partners to increase their market share, competitiveness, efficiency of business processes and marketing initiatives.

The team

Our team is made up of agile professionals with several years of management experience in retail, food, energy, automotive and advertising areas.  All of us have worked in small and medium sized Hungarian and international multinationals companies. The wide range of knowledge and experience gained there enables us to help our partners achieve their goals whatever their size or stage of development is.

Dr. Böszörményi Zoltán LL.M. MBA

Founder/CEO

Zoltán, the founder and the CEO of TMC, has more than 13 years of experience in the fields of FMCG sales, business development, strategic planning, product development and market introduction. He started his career at ITRE Committee of the European Union and held key account manager, business development and commercial management positions in several Hungarian frozen food and FMCG companies. He spent 7 years with the world's leading LPG company UGI International as key account and business development manager and later as head of modern chanel and LPG business. He has an extensive network of live contacts in the Hungarian retail- Tesco, Lidl, Spar, Penny Market, Aldi, Auchan, Coop, CBA, Ecofamily, Metro, DM, Rossmann, DIY -OBI, Parktiker, Bauhaus and petrol station network-Shell, Auchan, EDO, Mobil Petrol, OMW, AVIA- segments.

He has degrees in law, economics, horticulture, certified real estate expert and fluent in English.

Budai Attila

Partner

Attila started his career in 2010 as a sales engineer in the Budapest office of SIEMENS AG. Later he was in project manager positions at BOSCH and Continental Automotive Hungary then worked as international project manager positions. He managed the installation of automotive production lines, new product development, project team coordination and management in the Hungarian, Malaysian, Indian and German markets. His main areas of expertise are business planning, pricing, process optimization, budget planning, risk management controlling people management, quality compliance and strategy development. He has worked with clients such as Daimler, Mercedes, VW group, Ford, BMW, GM and Volvo.

He has a degree in electrical engineering, certified real estate expert, teaches mathematics, statistics and finance at university level and fluent in English and German.

EdÅ‘cs Bálint

Partner

For 7 years Balint was a managing director of Movietrend film production company that was producing documentaries and feature films. He later held post-production supervisor positions which allowed him to gain an in-depth knowledge of the entire post-production process. He is now a senior editor at a long established commercial production company, mainly producing TVCs for partners such as Lidl, Ferrero, KFC, McDonalds, Cofidis, Raiffeisen, Márka, Libri and Ferrovit. He is well versed in all aspects of film production. With the knowledge acquired over the years he implements complex audio-visual projects and plans and manages complete marketing campaigns. He is an expert in website development, web design, SEO and Adwords. He is well versed in a wide range of software technologies used in the film industry and photography - Avid MC, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Davinci Resolve, Lightroom.

He has a degree in electrical engineering, qualified editor and fluent in English.
